Create Camp respects your privacy. This policy applies across Create Camp’s official course websites, enrollment pages and advertising funnels. It explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how it is handled.

Information we collect

• Name, email address and WhatsApp number.
• Your stated reason for joining the course.
• Payment source and payment screenshot submitted for manual verification.
• Technical and advertising data such as browser information, IP address, referral parameters, cookies and Meta Pixel identifiers.
• Enrollment, payment-verification and course-access status.

How we use your information

• To process enrollment and verify payment.
• To provide course and Create Camp community access.
• To send payment confirmations, access information and support messages.
• To send limited enrollment follow-ups if a form is started but payment is not completed.
• To measure advertising performance and improve the funnel.
• To prevent fraud, abuse and duplicate payment claims.

Payment screenshots

Payment screenshots are stored privately and are accessible only to authorized Create Camp team members through signed, time-limited links. They are not displayed publicly.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to operate this system, including Supabase for database and private storage, Cloudflare Pages for hosting, Resend for email delivery, Meta for advertising measurement, and Nas.io for course/community access. These providers process information only as required to deliver their services.

Sharing and selling

We do not sell your personal information. Information may be shared with the service providers listed above or when required by law.

Data retention and security

We keep enrollment and payment records for as long as reasonably required for course access, support, accounting, fraud prevention and legal obligations. We use private storage, restricted database access and administrative authentication; however, no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct or delete your personal information, subject to accounting, fraud-prevention and legal retention requirements. You may also ask us to stop enrollment follow-up emails.
